Description

Role Overview 

As a Customer Service representative, you will serve as a steward to our clients and their employees engaged through our EOR (Employer of Record) service. You will support the client and employee onboarding process, develop an understanding of the client’s needs and growth plans, support and escalate inquiries across a number of communication channels. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving client issues.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support.

  • Other duties as needed in the role.

 

Requirement

 

  • Comfortable using technology like CRMs and Google tools.
  • Experience working with customer / client support. 
  • Bachelor\'s degree or relevant experience.
  • You will be a strong and diligent verbal and written communicator.
  • You will be a problem solver and share resolution and findings with your colleagues.
  • Strong organization and excellent time management skills.
  • Friendly, hardworking, patient and attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Multilingual is a plus but not a requirement.
