Description

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to sell our EOR services to new prospects and clients in your assigned accounts and territory.  You will diligently prospect, network and work assigned leads to achieve your monthly and annual sales quota.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and social selling.
  • Respond to assigned inbound inquiries immediately and engage them in a sales process.
  • Use Salesforce and all our sales support tools to build a valid sales funnel, document notes and sale stages.  You must be diligent in updating Salesforce with all required information.
  • Execute on the sales strategies using sales presentation materials and software demonstration.
  • Create and send proposals and get signatures on agreements and proposals.
  • Meet and exceed all sales quota and goals.
  • Attend trade shows, company meetings, trainings, and events.

  • Other duties as needed in the role.

 

Requirement

  • 1+ years in sales or similar role.  Payroll, HR or software experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to lead sales calls, conduct needs analysis, product demonstration and present pricing via Zoom.
  • You will be a strong and diligent verbal and written communicator.
  • You will be a problem solver and share resolution and findings with your colleagues.
  • Strong organization and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor\'s degree or relevant experience.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus but not required.
